On-line Bill Pay

On-line bill pay is now available for Warren Utility Bills. This is an OPT IN system. Notice: A fee will be assessed for any payment made through the online system

Bills can continue to be paid as always with a few exceptions.

• There will be a fee automatically added when using a credit card in the office when the new reader is installed. The date of installation of the reader is not known at this time. The convenience fee is assessed by and paid to the Credit Card vendor, not the Town.
• Payment by phone will not be taken in this office beginning November 1st. However, during October, when the reader is installed, a credit card fee will apply to payment by phone in this office. Payment by phone made through the system by use of the listed phone number can be done for a small fee plus credit card charges. 1-260-380-0159. Payment by phone through the system is available 24/7.
• Automatic payments will be switched to the 15th of the month and will be done through the system and not through the office as done previously. Those persons have been informed.

Registering into the system can be done even if payments are not being done through the system. By providing an email, you will be able to receive any notices from the Town or notices on your account.

• You will need your account number and will need to add a password (encrypted).
• Allows access to twenty four months of account history.
• Allows scheduling of a payments in advance.
• Opt in to paperless billing is an option.
• Can use Auto-pay.
• Next log in will need only email address and password to log in.
• Payment available 24/7.

PAYMENTS THROUGH THE OFFICE:
Checks (mailed or paid in office), making payments through the payment slot, and payments made in person in the office are still available. However, if paying with a credit card in the office, a convenience fee will be added by the credit card company based on the amount of the billing. These fees were previously paid by the Town but the new system will directly bill the user. A minimum fee of $2.95 will be added. There will be no charges on check or cash payments.
