Utilities
Electric, Water, Sewer, and Sanitation Services are provided by the Town Of Warren. Natural Gas service is available by contacting Vectren at 1-800-777-2060 or via their website www.vectren.com.
Applications for service are available below or may be obtained at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
Sanitation (Trash): Anyone connected to the Municipal Water Utility will also be charged for sanitation service. Trash will be picked up every Thursday and should be placed at the curb prior to 6:30am. The following restrictions apply: Trash - 6 bag limit, 33 gallon bags, Trash bags or containers cannot be placed at curb prior to 5:00pm the evening before scheduled service.
Recycling: Large bins (Roll-offs) are located at 316 West Second Street, Utility Garages, and are available Monday through Friday, 7:00am through 5:00pm. Recyclables should be placed in a box or bag that is also recyclable.
Deposits are required on Electric, Water, and Sewer before services are connected. Deposits are as follows and may be paid by check or cash:

- Meters are read on or about the 15th of each month, weather dependent. Utility bills are mailed on the 1st of each month and are considered due and payable by the 15th of the month. After the 15th, penalties will be added and utilities will be subject to disconnect.
- If utilities are disconnected, reconnection will be done only after full payment of the account in addition to any applicable reconnection fees.
- Payment may be made by mail, at the Utility Office at Town Hall, or by use of the payment slot at Town Hall (after hours). Credt Card payments can only be made in person, at Town Hall.
